How far in advance do we need to contact you to get a bid and have the work done?

Contact Dalton as soon as possible. The decorating season is short, and his schedule tends to fill up by mid-November.

Do we need to be home when our lights are being installed?

No you don’t need to be home. We will complete the installation without anyone being home. If you have eve plugs please turn them on for us.

Home much does it cost to have our lights installed and taken down?

Each installation is unique to the property. The customer can invest as little or as much as they want. Each design proposal has a number of options and will help you build your holiday wonderland over time.

Do we rent our lights and décor or do we own it?

The first year you will purchase the lights and own them. After that you will only pay for the installation. Our retail prices are discounted because we buy in bulk and are much cheaper in the retail stores.

Will we need to hire an electrician?

No, not for most cases. With larger installation, additional power sources may be needed.

Is there a difference between the lights that we buy from you and lights we would by at the store?

Absolutely! Our décor is of the highest quality. Longer-life bulbs, outdoor extension cords, a variety of property-friendly installation accessories and commercial-grade specialty décor. You won’t find better quality anywhere!

Is there a labor warrantee in case the lights stop working or there is a problem?

Maintenance is included in the price of every installation. We will make sure the design looks like it did the day we installed it.
